Vittorio Donzella
Vittorio Donzella is the founder of Ocean View Monaco and a pioneer in the evolution of luxury spa experiences within the cruise industry.
In the early 1990s, he recognised that onboard spas offered only limited beauty and hair services. Inspired by his travels across Asia — particularly Bali — he envisioned a new concept of wellness at sea, introducing authentic spa environments, highly trained Balinese therapists and a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Under his leadership, Ocean View Monaco helped modernise the entire onboard wellness offering, expanding it beyond traditional spa services to include integrated wellness centres featuring beauty salons, fitness programmes and aesthetic medicine services.
He was also among the first to introduce aesthetic medicine centres onboard cruise ships, bringing medical expertise into the spa environment and anticipating what would later become a global trend in luxury wellness.
Today, Vittorio continues to guide the company’s vision, combining innovation, international partnerships and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional spa experiences for guests and hospitality partners worldwide.
Laura Savina
A founding member and Vice President of Ocean View Monaco, Laura Savina brings extensive experience in luxury spa and wellness operations across both cruise and land-based environments. Her long-standing involvement in the company has been instrumental in shaping its operational excellence and international development.
As Head of Operations, Laura oversees all aspects of onboard spa management, ensuring seamless performance and consistently high levels of client satisfaction. She works closely with shipowners, hotel groups, and resort partners, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and a deep understanding of each client’s objectives.
Her role also extends to the development of new spa concepts, where she collaborates with clients during the planning phase to define positioning, service direction, and overall wellness vision, contributing to the creation of tailored and high-performing projects.
With a strong background in logistics, procurement, and operational planning, Laura plays a key role in coordinating complex global operations, from team structure to supply chain management, always maintaining the high standards that define Ocean View Monaco.
Recognised for her pragmatic and results-driven approach, she combines strategic oversight with attention to detail, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and long-term value across all operations.
Italian by origin and based in Monaco, Laura brings a refined understanding of service culture, supporting the company’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and reliability.

A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in luxury spa and wellness management, Luigi Villani brings a wealth of expertise across both land-based and cruise environments. His career reflects a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class guest experiences in diverse international settings.
Luigi has a proven track record of leading large, multicultural teams, developing innovative training and performance programmes, and continuously enhancing service quality, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
